I want to introduce myself as the Fillmore Real Estate Specialist for the borough of Brooklyn. Born and raised in the Gravesend neighborhood of Brooklyn, I am a true Brooklynite. I attended Our Lady of Grace Elementary School and graduated in 1972, attended Abraham Lincoln High School until 1976, then Kingsborough Community College until 1979. I married and moved to the Marine Park area in 1984 where I raised my two boys and still reside today.
My sales staff consists of 35 Realtors all living and serving our Brooklyn communities the Fillmore way. I consider them to be "Fillmore's Best".

- 1986-1991-Began my real estate career with a local successful real estate agency as a top sales person for 5 years.
- 1991-Promoted to office sales manager in a local real estate firm, Bergen Basin Realty until 1998. I joined Fillmore Real Estate in February of 1998 and was top agent throughout Fillmore in April of the same year.
- August 1998-Promoted to Sales Manager of 2926 Avenue J office.
- September-1998-2926 Avenue J wins Office of the Month, doubling its previous best month ever
- December-1998-Office wins Most Improved for the year...
- 1999-Office wins Golden Hand Award for top honors
- 2000-Recipient of the Milestone Award selling over $20,000,000 of real estate.
- 2001-2001-We did it again selling over $20,000,000 of real estate.
- 2002/2003-Instructor for the Learning Annex in Manhattan for buying and selling Brooklyn real estate.
- 2004-Another record breaking year for Fillmore's Best.
- 2005-sales up 12% from the year before.
- 2005-promoted to Vice President Division Manager for Fillmore Real Estate.
- 2006-Although the Brooklyn real estate sales were down, we at Fillmore finished with an 18% increase.
- Graduated from Steve Harney's nationally acclaimed class on Mastering Negotiations.
- 2007-So far we are up from last year and still one of the top offices in Brooklyn.
- Serving my community over 20 years on Marine Park Civic Association board of directors and Member of the Brooklyn Community Board 18.
